Items must be returned back to us within 14days of submitting the returns request.

Items must be in the original packing, unworn and in the original condition. Please note we are unable to offer an exchange or refund if items have been worn or there are signs of wear, perfume or smoke.

Please include your proof of purchase receipt within the return so we can determine whom the return belongs to. Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach the warehouse and are signed for.

Once item(s) have been returned to or warehouse, exchanges/refunds will be processed as quickly as possible. We are unable to cover return shipping costs.
